You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You may not use Overwatch to send spam, harass others, violate laws, infringe IP rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
Overwatch uses AI to generate drafts and suggestions. You're responsible for reviewing AI output before sending. We don't warrant AI accuracy.
Overwatch is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
