We collect information you provide when signing up (name, email), conversation data you import or receive (customer messages, contacts), and standard usage data (IP, browser, timestamps) to operate the service.
To deliver and improve Overwatch, route conversations, generate AI drafts, send transactional emails (replies, notifications), and prevent abuse. We never sell your data, and customer messages are never used to train AI models.
We share data only with sub-processors essential to operating the service (hosting, email delivery, AI inference). All sub-processors are bound by confidentiality and security obligations equivalent to ours.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is role-based. We follow industry standard practices and conduct regular reviews.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. EU/UK residents have GDPR rights; California residents have CCPA rights.
